What is Net Promoter Score (NPS)?
NPS is a customer loyalty metric that measures how likely customers are to recommend your product or service to others. It's calculated from a single question — “How likely are you to recommend us to a friend or colleague?” — scored 0–10, then respondents are grouped into Promoters (9–10), Passives (7–8), and Detractors (0–6). The final score ranges from −100 to 100 — the higher it is, the more loyal, organically-promoting customers you have.
